Positive: The location is ACE Easy access to the historic centre of Ventimiglia, the beaches of Le Calandre and Miramare, the new town and the train station. Communication with the proprietor is great and he’s very quick to respond and give suggestions. The kitchenette in the double room we had was handy although it would be very helpful to have a microwave as well. The bed was very comfortable andand I personally loved the firm pillows. I also liked our room, number 4, faced the courtyard rather than the street so there was zero street noise. I also really liked the amount of towels provided: good quality and large. Finally the room itself is spacious, and has high ceilings, as does the bathroom. Also the AC works GREAT which is a huge relief in the heat and humidity of the summer. Wifi is also excellent. Not-so-positive: Just that our own door rattled every time another door in the hallway opened and closed. You can hear suitcases rattling outside when people depart. The shower is temperamental so be forewarned: it can go from hot to cold quickly and randomly, but then goes back to normal. Would have been nice to have a few kitchen sundries as well like paper towels and some cooking basics like oil but not a deal-breaker (randomly, there was a HUGE box of salt in the cupboard). I would still stay here again.

Adorable and lovely. .ppl are super nice and it's super clean. .i have an accident there at room 2 as i hit my foot at the stairs there as they are a bit big and it was dark and i remind in pain for 3 days i hope they see this and put something at the stair there like a plastic or something
Prenotato il venerdì per il sabato notte, sita all'uscita dell'autostrada di Ventimiglia in palazzina storica, molto bello come palazzo. Tutto quanto a distanza, parli con l'host su WhatsApp o via mail e ti da tutte le indicazioni per arrivare alla camera/alloggio. Molto gentile e disponibile, parlandoci mi sono fatto consigliare anche stabilimenti balneari li attorno e si è reso a disposizione per qualsiasi. La nostra bimba di 2 anni e mezzo non ha pagato. Ma tornando all'alloggio, che dire, piccolo ma confortevole, moderno in tutto e climatizzato, diciamo che ci si potrebbe tranquillamente vivere in 3, tutte le comodità di una casa. A due passi dal centro e dalle spiagge e soprattutto a 20 minuti da Montecarlo se si vuole fare un giro...... Consigliatissimo
Siamo stati 3 giorni molto bene ottima posizione per chi viene in treno e vicino alle spiagge, camere pulite e correttamente allestite.
